Amazing location, excellent breakfast, the staff was incredibly attentive, assisting us with everything from airport transport to local medical support for my son’s altitude sickness.

This place exceeded my expectations tremendously! The location was just a short walk to the main square, and the staff, especially Isabel, were genuinely caring, going above and beyond, even assisting with medical needs. The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. Breakfast was another highlight with fresh options made to order.

Unfortunately, we encountered a significant issue with water outages during our stay. On two separate nights, we were left without any running water, making it extremely inconvenient for our evening routines. On one occasion, we had to shower with only tepid water and on another, there was no water at all.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Casa Biru Hotel Boutique. The staff were incredibly attentive, even preparing packed breakfasts for my early excursions. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, making it easy to explore Cusco.

All fine, but noise issues

We had a wonderful experience at this cozy hotel in Cusco with our three grandkids. The location is prime, just steps from the main square. Breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic variety of foods, and the staff was genuinely cute and attentive.

My wife says that while the overall experience was enjoyable, the pillows could be softer for a better night's sleep.

Great service and a beautiful courtyard. Had issues with Wi-Fi connection at times.

The staff were friendly and proactive, even arranging packed breakfasts for early departures. A delightful breakfast on the second morning showcased delicious cooked food and refreshing coffee. However, water outages were an inconvenience during my stay, and locating the hotel at night posed a minor challenge.
